1. Bones, vertebrae: cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral.
2. Lumbar vertebrae: transverse process, spinous process
3. Muscles. transversus abdominus (front−back), multifidus (vertebrae−sacrum)
4. Muscles. quadratus lumborum (vertebrae to iliac crest), erector spinae (ribs to vertebrae)
Iliacus: part of ilipsoas; flexes thigh at hip joint; femoral nerve (L2, L3)
Psoas major: part of ilipsoas that flexes thigh at hip joint and flexes vertebral column
Transversus abdominis
Quadratus lumborum
Multifidus
Iliocostalis lumborum
