1 Move hand up and down as far as possible 3x15 daily
2 Roll forearm over and under as far as possible 3 x 15 daily
3 Holding small weight, lift and lower at the wrist 3 x 15 daily
1 Holding weighted object, lift and lower at the wrist
2 Twist cloth or towel between hands 3 x15 daily
3 Squeeze towel or ball 3 x 15 daily
1 Move hand up and down as far as possible 3x15 daily
2 Stretch out arm as far as possible & move head and hand at the same time, very slowly 2 x 10 daily
3 Squeeze towel or ball 3 x 15 daily
1 Move hand up and down as far as possible 3x15 daily

3 Bend and straighten fingers as much as possible 3 x 15 daily
1 Move hand up and down as far as possible
2 Twist towel or cloth between hands
3 Squeeze towel or ball 3 x 15 daily
1 Use good hand to help painful hand to bend and extend fully, 3 x 15 daily
2 Use good hand to roll wrist over and under 3 x 15 daily
3 Bend and straighten fingers as much as possible
1 Stretch fist downwards gently and hold 30 seconds 3 x 4 daily
2 Holding weighted object, lift and lower at the wrist 3 x 15 daily
3 Squeeze towel or ball 3 x 15 daily
